As between you and Rutta, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain all ownership of Input, you own all Output, and Rutta hereby assigns to you all rights, title, and interest (if any) in and to the Output. By using the Services, you grant Rutta a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use Customer Content solely to provide, improve, and protect the Services. Rutta does not use your Customer Content to train AI models without your explicit opt-in consent. By default, your content is not used for model training purposes. C. No Warranty on Output RUTTA MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF ANY OUTPUT. YOU SHOULD NOT RELY ON ANY OUTPUT WITHOUT INDEPENDENTLY CONFIRMING ITS ACCURACY. OUTPUT MAY CONTAIN SIGNIFICANT INACCURACIES EVEN IF THEY APPEAR ACCURATE DUE TO THEIR LEVEL OF DETAIL OR SPECIFICITY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SERVICES AND ANY OUTPUT MAY NOT REFLECT CORRECT, CURRENT, OR COMPLETE INFORMATION. D. Third-Party Output Because AI models may generate similar responses for different users, outputs generated for other users ("Third-Party Output") may resemble outputs generated for you. Third-Party Output belongs to the respective user who generated it, and you have no rights in any Third-Party Output. E. Compliance Rutta may review your conduct and content to ensure compliance with these Terms. Rutta is not responsible for content shared by users through the Services.

Special Restrictions on AI Feature Use You will not and will not permit anyone else to: - Use AI Features or any Output to infringe any third-party rights - Use AI Features or any Output to develop, train, or improve any third-party AI or machine learning model - Represent that any Output has been approved or endorsed by Rutta - Represent that any Output is entirely original work generated by humans - Use AI Features in any application where failure or inaccuracy could lead to death, personal injury, or significant property damage
